Document Verification
Prior to scheduling an interview, we thoroughly verify all documents, including Academic Degrees, CNIC, Police Verification Certificate, and Family Background to ensure trust and safety.
Written Assessment (10:5 Shortlist)
After document clearance, teachers undergo a written assessment. For every group of 10 applicants, a written test is conducted, shortlisting only the top 5 candidates.
Final Interview
Candidates who pass the written test are invited for a final interview evaluating their pedagogical approach, subject mastery, and professional conduct.
Security Document Retention
As a security measure, we retain one original academic document at our office until the tutor completes registration with our academy.

Upon completion of all background formalities, we match the most qualified, experienced educator tailored to your child's specific academic goals.
2-Days Free Demo Classes
The first two classes are trial sessions (2-Days Free Session). Assess the tutor during this period and confirm your decision with the academy afterward.
